Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of OPL. Using the App means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service
OPL provides short-video browsing and publishing, live streaming, comments, private messages, search, virtual gifts and wallet features. We may change features as needed.
2. Account
Register with lawful information and keep your password safe. Do not rent, lend or sell accounts. You may delete your account in Me → Settings. Deletion cannot be undone.
3. Conduct
Do not post illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, fraudulent or otherwise harmful content, or interfere with the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
4. Content rights
You warrant you have rights to content you upload and grant OPL a non-exclusive license needed to store, display, transcode and distribute it to provide the service.
5. Live and gifting
Minors may not live stream or send gifts. Virtual items are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
